Holly Moffitt BHSc Naturopathy

I support individuals and families to reconnect with their natural rhythms and better understand the changing needs of their bodies across different life stages, from preconception and pregnancy through to childhood, puberty, perimenopause and beyond.

With over 15 years of clinical experience as a naturopath, my work centres around the transitions that can feel confusing, overwhelming, or out of sync. I help you make sense of what’s happening in your body, offering grounded, practical support that fits into real life. Whether it’s supporting fertility, navigating pregnancy, caring for young families, or working through shifts in hormones, energy, sleep, or mood, my approach is about working with your body, not against it.

Consulting online, I create a space that is accessible, supportive, and tailored to you and your family’s needs, wherever you are. While I have a strong focus on these key life stages, I also work with a wide range of health concerns and welcome people at any point in their health journey.

My work is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to you. I often work alongside other healthcare providers to ensure you feel supported from all angles, not just one. Alongside clinical practice, I’ve spent over five years in academia as a Student Clinic Supervisor at Endeavour College of Natural Health, mentoring the next generation of practitioners. I’ve also contributed to books and media, spoken on national tours, and featured in a health documentary.

It’s a privilege to be trusted with your story, and to support you through the seasons of your health.
